Great staff,we were there for a soccer tournament, they will let you do late check out without extra charge as long you don't abuse the 12pm Universal limit and if you explain with coherence why you need a late check out.

The place was very clean, the staff was very nice, and they even had a breakfast in the morning. It was a small breakfast, but still good. And they also have a pool which was clean and a hot tub which was also clean. My only complaint is that it needs a fresh coat of paint and a new mattresses. Mine had a bit of a groove in it.
