"Summary: Anyone reading, pick a different place to stay, not worth the headaches. Plenty of other options :)
Front desk person was unwilling to provide towels when requested. He said “I’m checked out”, with a smirk. Another staff member over heard the conversation and had to step in to help.
Credit card also got charged twice and it was over charged. Had ended up having to call 3 times to get this fixed and still didn’t help.
First time, the manager said he saw the duplicate (and over charged amounts) and credited back the over charge. Next times he all of the sudden “doesn’t see the duplicate charges”. Had to work with credit card company to resolve the issue. "
