Overall we love the stay there.I guess this week was a loud the room we were next to had something going on yelling to top of their voices music was loud at one point and slamming the door after hours.Other than that we always enjoy our stay with Senosta.Beautiful view convince to stores eating walking transportation just a all around place to be.

This stay was my 2nd stay at Sonesta Select Cumberland location and the first stay was better. The hotel ran out of wash cloths and I was told that the laundry associate had the weekend off. This is actually unacceptable regardless of if ONE associate was off, because there should’ve been a backup person. I was told that I would just have to use a hand towel to shower with and the hand towel was heavy and my shower was longer than usual. I was definitely irritated this stay.

The rooms were filthy. I went to my first room. It had roaches on the dresser, went to the second room It had dog hair in the tub went to my third room. It had blood on the doors and in the shower horrible experience will never return.
