Overall my experience was great. Staff were all pleasant, very welcoming, and professiona. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is a dated…counter peeling, sink facet dripping and pipes squeak when you turn on top water and it shakes

The check in process was a bit frustrating. The check in person kept answering the phone with 5 people in line for check in. Should have been another person helping with check in process. Otherwise a nice stay.

The stay was as always warming staff were super friendly. Greeted with a great welcoming smile. Had a small hiccup as my little one vomited in the bed and when the housekeeper were asked to change the linen they only changed the flat sheet and left the fitted sheet and it has as much vomit as the flat. Disappointed to find upon my return from my day outing. However will be returning as I love the hotel and it is very convenient for me as I am close to my family.

Guest services staff Ellis was very welcoming. He was very accommodating to my request by going above and beyond to satisfy them.
