Really charming inn and amazing food. Just careful about your room as our backed into the laundry and the dryer running at night was not the best.

We stayed here for a night, and it was such unique experience! The vibe felt so cozy. Feels like I am staying at my grandparents house. We loved the homemade, hot breakfast too. Our room is clean featuring a fireplace and we loved the quality bath amenities. Bed is so comfy too! Plus, the hot tub was super relaxing with those mountain views. The staff were awesome hosts too! Thank you!

Breakfast was great, host pick. Rooms were clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. We have a baby and were worried about other hotels being close to highway and railroad due to noise, did not have issue with noise from either with this inn.

The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The one thing that needed to be addressed is the mattress our room it needs to be changed. It maybe good for a single person but with two people suggests it is either too soft, its support system has failed, or there's a sagging or hammocking issue

I liked the cleanliness, breakfast, and location however the staff needs to be more polite. I received rude replies to multiple questions or requests I had. The indoor slippers had run out and the ones I left on the rack had disappeared and I asked if there were more and the staff said I am not your slave. Similar response when asking for an extra bath towel and I had to reuse the same towels from the night before because the towels were not replaced.

Room and facilities were immaculate. What spoiled it for me was there was a generator or other machinery running on the other side of the wall which while not particularly loud was intrusive in the quiet of the night and disturbed my sleep. The shower hardware (water control and shower head) was tired. The breakfasts were excellent.

Amazing bed and breakfast with great team on site. However the furniture will need some upgrade. The beds were squeaky and the mattress was very much not recommended for someone with back problems. Could make some minor improvements to make the experience more comfortable. It was located just 20min away from Banff downtown which was great.

Lady McDonald is close to many businesses making it walkable to many dining, shopping options. It was awesome to use the rooftop jacuzzi after a long day hiking and seeing the three sisters mountains as your view. The breakfasts offered were delicious and the staff was accommodating to every need. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Some rooms do not have air conditioning but those are stated while booking and they do provide an oscillating fan for use. The train runs through the night but they also provide ear plugs for convenience. I wasn’t too bothered by it. Overall I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
