The location was good. We were able to walk into town. There wasn't a view. Windows looked out to a car park and other apartments. The mountains look close, but we had no view of them. There are no balconies in one-bedroom apartments. We had a spa apartment but couldn't get enough hot water to keep the spa warm. Staff were helpful to try and fix any issues we had.

The staff was really helpful, we had a late check in and we had excellent communication with Joy at the front desk. The room was really clean and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer in the room. Everything we needed was available. Some ceiling tiles in the hallway that were missing and the games room had missing game parts and dead batteries for video games, so we didn’t use the room. The area outside is beautiful! We went for many walks and explored. Canmore is a great place to visit and this hotel was an excellent place to stay.
