Our stay was absolutely seamless from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and clearly maintained to a high standard, offering a breathtaking view that was the highlight of our mornings. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the staff—they were fantastic, proactive, and always eager to help with a smile. I absolutely loved this resort. It was clean and the staff was incredible. The breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of options. My favorite thing for lunch was the sushi bar. They had lots of choices and everything was fresh. My only complaint was dinner. I wish there was an Asian resturant on site. I really didn’t have a dinner. That I loved, the food was often overcooked, but that is the reality when cooking for such a large amount of people.

The Wyndham grand was a great when resort for couples wanting to relax, as well as a good resort for children. I found the resort was not overly crowded with children and still enjoyed my stay I love that the kids had their own waterpark on the other side of the hotel. There was easy access to the beach. The grand has multiple pools and jacuzzis. facilities was very clean.

The room was not clean, a plumbing problem in the bathroom water all over the floor and smelled horrible. The dining room table was filthy. The room needed a deep clean. The food was subpar for a resort. I felt completed ripped off and will never return to this hotel or Cancun, after four previous vacations at a different Cancun resort.
