Overall, it was good. The pool is not very big, and there is no ocean-view pool for families; only the adults-only pool has an ocean view. Our room was assigned near the restaurant’s back door, and starting around 10:00 p.m., there was a lot of noise from staff talking and from plates and chairs being moved. My kids were trying to sleep, but it was quite noisy.

This resort was just overall an “okay” resort! The food was our least favorite part! I would rate the food here a 1/10! We ended up getting food poisoning after eating at their steakhouse restaurant. The resort does get pretty noisy around 1pm and 8pm-1030/11pm! If you have babies/toddlers, I do not suggest staying here as the noise level is pretty loud especially during nap time. There was also a day when something downstairs from us was being renovated so there was a lot of noise. It woke our little boy up. The employees are so/so. They seem more arrogant than helpful. I had to call multiple times for them to bring something up such as a food item or for housekeeping. The buffet offers a variety of food but the quality is very poor! It’s actually disgusting. Our toddler refused to eat there… that should tell you something. Overall, disappointed in this resort.

The staff was great. The food was delicious. They offered many options. Their buffet was spectacular in that serves walk by and provide cuts of various meats, sausages and chicken options. The pools are cleaned daily. My only complain would be that they cannot host large families in their restaurants without having to pay/spend a certain amount to get the "big" table. They could accommodate groups of 8, but 12 was too many and we had to reserve by purchasing bottles or ensuring we would spend at least $300, which is a bit much considering we already paid for all inclusive. But their food, service and rooms were great
