Room: Small. Pillow quality low. Poor construction (edges of dry wall/tile). Lack of basic room amenities (eg. Robe, slippers, beach tote) and/or basic toiletries (eg. Shower cap, makeup remover single use wipe, ear swabs). Room service was uninspired, limited options, not served to temp and long wait times (60m-90m). Amenities: Biggest issue was lack of transparency behind operating system of the hotel from time of booking to actual occupancy. Each rule had a caveat, fine print, and a sub rule to the fine print. Rules were not clearly nor consistently communicated. Chiefly, largest issue surrounds the overall capacity of the restaurants to the amount of guests. Hilton has a convoluted and short sided operating system whereupon hierarchy one is a status as an “enclave” guest. Special privileges apply, which is logical enough for an upgraded fee system (eg. A private pool space, a secluded access-limited lounge space etc). However, where logic ended was where restaurant quality, operations, and seating began. Restaurants do not have capacity to seat guests in the hotel. Enclave get to make reservations. Everyone else is a “first come first serve” (mandatory walk ins) situation. Multiple nights we as a family with two small children (2 and 5 years) had to simply surrender any hope of eating dinner as wait times were 2+ hours standard. The most mind boggling example of this Steak restaurant Flama, where the staff is setup for failure—queuing parties exit enraged not sat at all.

Nice hotel and clean. Be prepared to walk four flights of stairs to get to the beach. You cannot see the beach from the pool. Best views and amenities are only for enclave/hilton rewards members. Reservations fir dining are hard to get so ne prepared to eat repetitive meals. They did nothing to make my stay feel special. I would stay again knowing that its just a clean hotel, knowing that its not a destination resort vacation.

We just spent the best 6 nights at the Hilton Mar Caribe in Cancun! While the rooms were immaculate, what stood out for us was the customer service- absolutely top notch! Our son has allergies to quite a few food groups as well as food texture issues and the Assistant Director, Mateo, Manager Jair, Chef Sergio and waiters Pedro, Raul and Kevin went out of their way to ensure that he has food to suit his needs and palate at every single meal. We have never felt so cared for and accommodated at any resort before. I highly reccomend this place for families..we cannot wait to be back! An immense thank you to the staff at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe!

**Top-Notch All-Inclusive Experience** My wife and I visited Cancun for the first time and stayed at the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort and we were truly impressed from start to finish. The resort is stunning, family friendly, and offers outstanding hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail. We arranged our airport shuttle through MTS, a third-party company, and the service was flawless on time, professional, and stress-free. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm towels and friendly smiles. The check-in process was smooth, and a concierge gave us a personal resort tour. The wooden wrist bracelet used as our room key was both clever and stylish. Our Enclave Beachfront Room (King Bed with Terrace) was perfect spotlessly clean with breathtaking ocean views. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the modern bathroom was pristine. We loved how the resort celebrated Mexican culture through local market stalls, live music, and vibrant décor an authentic touch that made our stay even more special. The all-inclusive experience exceeded expectations. Food and drinks were truly unlimited, with every meal fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Multiple restaurants and buffet options offered variety, and the online room service feature was a convenient bonus. The staff’s attentiveness and warmth made every moment enjoyable. Yes, the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe is priced slightly higher than some competitors, but it’s absolutely worth for.

Cleaning staff stole things from our room. We paid for spa services during check in but spa charged the room again and the hotel wouldn’t refund the additional charge. The only dining reservations were usually very late around 8:30 - 9:00 pm so we were not able to try all the restaurants. Three people out of our group got sick off something eaten there.

The entertainment team were great, we loved Bruno and Santos. Compared to the other Hilton, the food from the restaurants were better but the breakfast options were a bit lacking

The food was ok but most other all inclusive resorts around have much much better eating options.
