This place is a scam - fraudulent advertising for their so called 2 bedroom family suite - which all the employees call a suite at the hotel, including multiple managers. Its 2 basic connecting hotel rooms?? Never stay here. The service is poor, the rooms and water smell, the food is average. I want a refund BC Expedia is partially to blame for the false advertising as well.

Great property, excellent staff, great location, great food. I hate Vacation planning calling on selling memberships…. They harass me all my stay offering $25k memberships. Transportation planners stink. I lost my transfer to the airport and no one was willing to help.

El personal del hotel, amenidades, instalaciones, comida, restaurante son excelentes. Aléjate de los vacation planers, terrible servicio de coordinación de transportación, solo enfocados en vender tours y no te asisten. Nunca contestan el teléfono, intenté desde una semana antes y fue pérdida de tiempo. Despreocúpados por la atención al cliente y groseros. Los vendedores de tiempo compartido nos muy empalagosos, te llaman a toda hora. Increíble que HRH tenga vendedores ambulantes hostigando a los huéspedes.

Every thing is outdated. Making reservations with multiple rooms impossible. Staff was great.. of course if u tip good. Food was just ok not our first time there and food has really gone down hill for example surf and turf mean way over cooked and cold. Italian same food served cold
