Spotless room, courteous staff. I loved that the staff was very much in tune with who should be on the property and who should not. The private beach was checked to make sure you were in fact a guest at the property and I appreciated that. I felt very safe.

Great place to stay in Puerto Morelos. Close to everything! Easy to walk to various spots such as cafes and stores. The rooms are as described and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great restaurant in the hotel, Muelle Once, and Om Delfin Diving Center is right next door which makes water activities such as snorkeling easy to book. Thanks for a wonderful memory.

Much below expectations. We trusted the positive rating, but ultimately, it's more like rooms above a restaurant (excellent, but run by a separate company) than a proper hotel. The rooms were clean but run-down and more than basic (at least the ones without a balcony). The staff was barely polite and showed no attention to extra needs. We forgot a sweatshirt, and they refused to ship it to us, even though I offered to pre-pay the shipping label. The third star is only for the beach and the location.

The location is great with access to the beach and proximity to downtown. However; the rooms are very basic, only come with 2 towels. The beds are about full sized and pretty hard. If you are unbothered by a very basic room with limited comfort; this is a great fit.

Well maintained beach front and all sea view rooms. Very well trained and friendly staff. Fabolous onsite restaurant run by a regionally famous Chef. Will definitely return to Hacienda Morelos. Also, very conveniently located with a well stock grocery store steps away.

We absolutely loved our stay! Falling asleep listening to the ocean waves, the incredible view, beach chairs that were always available, super clean, just steps away from a great grocery store with plenty of ready to go options, dive shop on site…everything was wonderful and we loved this little fishing town. We will definitely be back!
