The Space:

The condominium has 3 different pools which you can use. It is located in the hotel zone, walking distance from a nice public beach. We offer a secure parking place but also if you dont have a car you can take the bus through the hotel zona which you can take right on the main boulevard.

Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 25kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible usage, this limit should not be exceeded (You can turn on the air conditioners when you're at home; if you leave, turn them off and avoid using them with doors and windows open).

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Public buses run frequently along the Hotel Zone's main boulevard, Kukulcán Avenue, offering a convenient and affordable way to explore. The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the property. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. If you're driving, we offer secure parking on-site. The ADO bus station is also accessible, about a 25-minute drive from the house.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
