Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. Indoor dining for 8 plus an outdoor dining area for 8 on the terrace.
Living Area: Air-conditioned living room with Smart TV. A/C throughout.
In-unit laundry (washer and dryer) available even on short stays.

To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, parties and loud music are not permitted.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the apartment and to all the shared amenities the building offers.
Check-in is in person, so it is important to coordinate your arrival in advance. Check-in hours are 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Please share your estimated arrival time. Arrivals after the confirmed time incur a fee of 28 USD per hour; arrivals after the check-in window (10:00 PM) incur a fee of 45 USD per hour, as they require staff assigned exclusively to receive you.

Other Things to Note:
Before arrival, we will request a clear photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations, to keep harmony with neighbors and comply with building rules.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay is available for an extra cost.
Wildlife: You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside, as we care for the local environment.
Air conditioning: For proper operation, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
