Good location so you could walk to just about anything you would need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The photos of the room were a little deceiving, there are no windows, and we learned you have to run the shower for about 10 minutes before any hot water comes out.

The room was big and quiet with good AC, we only had one cockroach, and the location is close to the heart of the hotel zone! There is also a beautiful beach right nearby (just walk through the fiesta they’re nice). Overall very happy with our stay

Was in cancun for major dental work. This hotel was perfect. Good location room was clean and quiet. Many options for food. Stop and find Manuel he will direct you in your needs.
