Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Close to everything. Everything was exactly as pictured. Only con was the hot water was not as hot as I’d like and the WiFi gave out a few times. Other than that an 10 out of ten. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Super relaxing. Will definitely visit again.

Authentically boutique hotel, great roomy room priced right decorated with locally sourced furnitures, pool, amazing service by the team not to mention within the courtyard of the hotel they an oyster & sushi bar, restaurant, coffee bar, cocktail lounge each with its own unique vibe- and a speak-easy smoke lounge. Located in Cancun down town, plenty of restaurants, cafe and bars within 5 minutes walk-in distance one will experience local vibes away from very touristy areas. And R1 & R2 bus ride away from the La Isla shopping mall, and more popular night life if one needs a change of pace

Beautiful property. Room is very simple but aesthetic. Wish there was a full length mirror. Our A/C wasn’t working and the hotel was full, we were ok but the staff tried so hard to make it work! Loved hanging out at the pool. Walking distance from the ADO bus station and lots of restaurants

Clean and nice room .water bottle free.nice it's always hot in Cancun. Beautifull style.the bathroom, the room and the pool .all is designed with style and class The guy with black hair in the front desk is very helpfull and nice . Relaxing environment .I just spend 1 night.to cach the flight tomorrow. Close to las palpas .Soriana and 20 min to Mercado 28. Great location.10 min to Ado. Gracias relaxing hotel.

Very nice location, very clean, everyone friendly, in my opinion the rooms are really pretty, my only complain is that there are mosquitoes so bring repellent, but definitely would go back, around the area tons of food places, coffee shops, supermarket like 10 mins walking, and the artisans market very close too, loved it.

Great location downtown with amazing staff. Most of the amenities you could want are onsite including masseuse, bar, and restaurant. Anything else is a short walk, Uber, DiDi or taxi ride away. The rooms are super clean as well.

Beautiful, aesthetic room, not too comfy of a mattress but like any hotel honestly. They have the looks down, it really all does look like the photos, but the people are rude. Employees never were happy and didn’t want to actually work.

I arrived late and was only here one night before I went on a retreat about four hours away. It felt a bit like a hostel (common areas, at least). The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Walked about 100 yards to a pleasant breakfast restaurant (The Rooster?) with good WiFi. I basically just slept here one night. Seems nice, though!

​¡Una experiencia increíble! ​El hotel es una maravilla. El check-in fue rapidísimo, lo cual se agradece mucho para empezar a disfrutar pronto. La habitación es muy bonita, está impecable y lo mejor de todo es que tiene bañera, ideal para desconectar. ​En cuanto a la comida, todo de 10: el sushi estaba delicioso y el desayuno en el restaurante mexicano fue de los mejores que he probado. El hotel también tiene una cafetería muy mona y el spa es fantástico; me dieron un masaje delicioso y súper relajante que me dejó como nuevo. ​¡Recomendado al 100%

​"El hotel más bonito y céntrico" ​¡Nos encantó este hotel! Es precioso y las habitaciones son una joya. Lo que más disfrutamos fue la alberca, está increíble y muy bonita. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro. ​La comida es deliciosa en sus dos restaurantes y la cafetería es súper cómoda. También aprovechamos el spa para relajarnos y nos pareció genial que tengan su propia smoke shop. ​Lo mejor de todo fue el trato del personal, especialmente Chavely, que fue súper amable y nos ayudó en todo. Hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho más especial. ¡Volveremos seguro!
