Its a great property with breathtaking views of the beach. We had the beachfront room with amazing view. Staff is very polite and tries their best to communicate even though 90% of them don't speak English. The dinner reservation booking process is very smooth and you can easily book a reservation with 2 restaurants for ala carte. The main restaurant CUA is buffet only and you can easily walk in to grab a table without any issues. I would highly recommend this property and will also advise on taking the all inclusive only s it would be worth price if you drink.

The hotel it sells was beautiful the breakfast was just OK no bacon no sausage and cold same breakfast everyday if they had more employees that spoke and understood English it would be better but that factor mrans i can't go back . I thought i booked all inclusive online but once i arrived i was informed i only had breakfast never given the option to purchase the all inclusive because of that i feel like we were treated different alienated from alot that was going on in the hotel in very disappointed and pray they get it together because as i said the hotel was beautiful clean and well kept

I had a great stay at Emporio Cancun. The facility was very clean, with comfortable accommodations and spotless rooms throughout my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the experience enjoyable. Overall, it’s a well-maintained property and a relaxing place to stay. The only suggestion I would make is to change the food menu more often or offer more variety, as additional options would make an already great experience even better.

Booked two rooms and only one room was available, they were able to get us another room the second night. Expedia tried to charge us after we already paid Emporio, staff was friendly and room was fine but the reservation process was bad. We had called several time prior to make sure everything was good and they confirmed but still had issues.

I arrived to the hotel around 7pm to check in and Cesar helped me. But said my room was not ready it was on maintenance and didn’t have a similar room to offer me. I asked to get any room for that night we were really tired but next day I wanted the room I booked ocean front view. Cesar said I can’t promise you anything because we don’t have anything available I felt so upset helpless I couldn’t even think straight. After 25 years I went back to Cancun and my daughter first time I wanted everything perfect we were so excited!!! It looked we were starting with the wrong foot already,

There was no breakfast included. I have never seen any hotel where we need to pay for breakfast. They said its optional all inclusive. So technically its just room and access to pool. And except that i need to pay for everything.
