Pool Staff, door concierge, and specifically the attendant that checks you in were very rude. Although the Housekeeping ladies were very humble/ sweet and took care of daily essentials needs to our room. The a/c was not functioning well. Very hot during the nights! WiFi is either working or very slow. Beds /pillows were not comfortable at all. Let’s just say, I was ready to come home! Fast!

Horrible my room was not what I expected my view was a cover of people working outside and the restaurant not even see the view of ocean my room contain not close properly so cause guys are working outside was so disturbing room not microwave stove with small propane when I evn try to used it not propane manager always said oh go the office not time to argum on my time off I lost to go there to relax to to argum ,any ways watch what u guys get before you go they a fake old pictures from hotels .
