The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and the food was great everywhere. Only down side was the beach wasnt clear or blue and we were right next to a public beach the locals would go to so it was somewhat crowded.

Loved breathless soul! The staff were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean room and facility. We liked that there were multiple pools, lots of chairs/seating options, the beachfront was directly on the property which was great, food was surprisingly good for a resort (we went in expecting mediocre and ended up pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food). The only downside was the aggressive push to use the added “experiences”. We understand upselling is normal but the 5 emails/messages about the “coupons” and excursion options plus the “tour” which ended in a 20 minute review of the add ons was a bit much. Overall a 5/5 experience for us however. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My stay from beginning to the very end was very welcoming by every single staff I came into encounter with. The views were soooo stunning !!! Definitely Instagram worthy … the only downside was the food was the best but my expectations are never really high when it comes to an all inclusive. Margaritas were really good as well
