The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and the food was great everywhere. Only down side was the beach wasnt clear or blue and we were right next to a public beach the locals would go to so it was somewhat crowded.

The property was very nice and the service received was amazing. In addition, for an all-inclusive resort the buffet food was good. A downside was that there were limited option for evening dining as more than half of the restaurants on site were closed and reservations were not an option so wait times were long leaving only the buffet as an option for most nights. Overall I had a great experience.

The resort was clean but had a sewage smell in certain areas. Not sure why. I liked that the resort had good drinks, the buffet had good food, and the resort was beautiful with art all around. I didnt like that fact the resort closed everything at 1pm when its an adult all inclusive. There was no bars or restaurants open after 1pm. Some of the bars closed at 10pm. The club was only open on certain days and when open they closed at 1pm. We had to file a discrimination complaint against some staff members on the resort due to harassment and threats being made towards us. If you are a person of color I dont recommend the resort for that reasoning. Staff were constantly asking for tips which started to feel frustrating as the resort itself is already costly to be there n you constantly have staff who work there asking for tips. I personally wouldnt recommend this resort and dont plan on going back.

Food was good, hotel was clean, and the bus stop is right outside, which made getting around easy, though having shuttles would be a nice addition. The beach was really nice and currently much cleaner than the other side of the hotel zone. Only downside might be limited access to some events or areas unless you upgrade. Overall, a good experience.

The staff is friendly but the cleaning is awful!!! We found a cockroach under the bed. And we get the VIP access and facilities. We paid extra at the time of booking for get a better room and get access to the roof top pool. DO NOT waist your money!!! They don’t even have a martinis glasses! we can turn off or change the channels on the TV because we don’t have the tv control. It was a mess! First and last.

Beautiful property with the most friendly staff. Really nice breakfast / brunch buffet. Pool areas were lots of fun with nice color schemes and freshly grilled food poolside.
