The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and the food was great everywhere. Only down side was the beach wasnt clear or blue and we were right next to a public beach the locals would go to so it was somewhat crowded.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible and not worth my money. It started off promising with welcoming staff. However, everything went downhill after that. Housekeeping left our door open. When I told concierge about it (we were directed to them), they just called to ask who it might be and apologized and that was it. I was panicked when I realized the stuff on my nightstand was missing. Turns out that they unplugged my chargers, grabbed all of my stuff and stuffed it in the drawers. Food was bland and sometimes inedible. I don’t expect high quality food at all inclusives. However, almost everything needed salt. The pad Thai tasted like pure sugar and edamame tasted burnt. We had some dishes that involved meat, and it would be so dry that it was like jerky. The juices tasted watered down. The only good thing about room service was the burgers and soups. Menu was very limited. There were two times where they shut off the elevators for hours. We were VIP and had access to the RT pool, so we decided to stay there until it was back on. However, it was closed for the day without warning, and we had to go from the 28th floor all the way down through the staircase. The coupons are super deceiving, they say you have a $100 coupon for spa, but it wasn’t until I was at the spa that they said I can’t use it and it’s divided into $20. I made spa and romantic dinner reservations ahead of time through here, and when I got there, none of my reservations came up. Never coming back.
