It’s situated in a quiet area directly behind the exclusive Kukulcan Plaza shopping center and is a 7-minute walk from the La Isla shopping center. Relax in the sun by one of the pools or head down to the white-sand beach on the Caribbean Ocean
The complex features 3 beautiful pools, 24-hour security with a controlled entrance, and free parking.This 1,808-square-foot ocean-view villa is a two-story home and is fully equipped with:
- A kitchen equipped with all appliances and granite countertops.
- The combined living room and dining area offers an ocean view and a dining table that seats 8 guests. The living area features a flat-screen TV, casual furniture, two sofa beds, and a half-bathroom.

- It has four bedrooms: the first floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom; the second bedroom has two double beds; and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
