"Had the most fabulous time this year at the Tribe hotel. We have stayed for the last three years and always bring our Labrador dog, he is really made a fuss over at the hotel. This year we upgraded the room to a slightly bigger one and it made all the difference for Us. Staff are amazingly friendly and cannot do enough to help. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We are coming and staying here. The only thing I’m not too keen on is the menu in the restaurant. I never seems to be anything on there we like so always eat elsewhere. Would be nice to see a few more things added to the menu. Cannot wait to return Next next year ❤️"

"Overall the hotel was great for our quick 2 night stay, we upgraded to the premium river view room. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful with giving information on how to get around. The room itself had a great view of the river and O2 arena, the bathroom was huge with a nice soaking tub and glass walk in shower. The only downfall of the stay was the overall cleanliness of our room was lacking. There was a lot of dust in the bedroom and desk area, stains on the carpet, and the bathroom toilet was not appropriately cleaned which had us concerned about the bathroom as a whole. We were staying there for a concert and it was very easy to get to and from the O2 arena for the event. 5-7minute walk to the Blackwell station very easy to figure it out. The hotel also helped arrange a private driver for transportation to and from the airport - which our driver for that was very great, he offered to also assist us during our stay if we needed other transportation options other than the train for our trips to the O2 arena. Overall a good option to be close to the arena for the event. My only issue was the cleanliness was lacking, but not horrible. All the staff interactions were very nice and friendly."
