This was definitely a bait and switch...the room 121 should be ban from being booked.The room "lakeview" is being blocked by a wedding tent and my view was a huge propane tank behind the tent. Sold out so could not move...this was not a cheap We had to keep shades drawn since wedding parties and staff were consistantly in tent that looked right into our room. Expedia said last room left when we booked last month yet we met a couple in hotel that booked lakeview last week. Could not get even a partial refund due to booking 3rd party so they said take up with them. Will never use expedia again as false advertising at its best. Wedding going on so restaurant was closed due to not enough staff so forget trying tonget any food in the restaurant on site on the weekends since im sure there is always a wedsing there. The beds...we considered leaving day 2 since we thought we couldnt endure another day in the low worst bed ever. My husband slept straight up second day his back hurt so bad. The shower...is only a hand held not a regular shower head which is strange. The only nice thing was on the first floor there is a door in ur room to go outside...the patio furniture that they have there should be part of the room cleaning as the chairs have not been wiped down all summer with the amount of spider webs and bird poop on them so we did not even sit on that. No fire pit or anything outside even tho there are 100 chairs out there....pure black no lighting if ya even wanted to sit out.

Had 2 Elevators 1 did not work. When we got to our lakeside view room, the windows was filthy. Shower curtain was to short. All toiletries were empty and 1 had leaked all over the tub.

The hotel location is great. Right on the lake and it’s quiet. Parking is easy and walkable along the lake and into Geneva. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant and the service was wonderful. However, it seems the hotel needs to be staffed up to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds.

41 Lakefront is a very nice hotel with a beautiful view. Located right on Seneca lake it's conveniently located near many vineyards. There is a wonderful restaurant right on property. I highly recommend staying here when you are in Geneva.

We would recommend washing the windows of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and looking out at the beautiful view was marred by the bugs on the windows.
