Normally I have a decent experience here, especially for the price. This time, however, the cleaning staff walked into our room without knocking and when they should not have before 11 am. We let the front desk staff know as it was very unnerving and extremely uncomfortable and they had said it would be dealt with. Other than that, the TV was not working, but the room was clean and comfortable overall.

The room was clean. Lots of free parking spots. Good and friendly staff. Only concern I experienced is an under-influence guy came to my door and started banging on the door and screaming and swearing. I had to call the front desk and they took immediate steps. Thanks for the helpful staff.

I’ve been trying to contact the hotel to get a receipt as I haven’t received one my email (every place I have ever stayed at has emailed me a receipt. I did fast checkout and dropped my keys off, assuming I would get an emailed receipt. Anyways I have sent numerous emails without any replies. Poor communication between staff and patrons. I am happy to reverse my ratings if I get my receipt SOON

Check in was tedious. Several staff behind the counter but only one processing check in. There was a long wait to be admitted. Room lacked basic amenities like tissues and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. Room was hot (75°); had to run the AC (in October, in Calgary) to bring it to a comfortable temperature. Shabby attention to detail.
