Room was very neglected. Very dirty. Plus top lock was broken so didn't really feel safe at all and hot tub was under renovation. Smelled like cigarette smoke too. Very bad experience 😕

It was very difficult this time to check in , I didn’t have the credit card $50 deposit and it was very difficult to obey the wishes of the hotel , even with my room fully paid in advance I wasn’t allow to go to the room .. Even with being at this hotel almost 6 other times It wasn’t the fault of the hotel front desk they try to help me with thier hands tie it’s the hotel policy that needs to be changed
