Hotels.com posted this was a luxury room. It was anything but that. Even after being moved to the same room just a different level. It was hot, old looking, the shower sounded like it was gonna die when we turned it on and I was not happy. We were told that the California Tower was Closed and that's where the luxury rooms were. Yet, come the weekend we seen plenty of people headed up them elevators and lights turning on. This was not what we had paid for. Unsatisfactory

The walls were dark not sure if it’s from dirt or smoke or both. Rooms need to be updated. The front desk was rude. The star is for Outback, the only good thing in this hotel.

Well it didn’t help when we could not get food at The Cove or River Rock Pizza as both kitchens were h der remodel. Then trying to get into the regular cafe takes you and hour to get seated as they don’t seem to have enough help. The shower fixture was very difficult to turn on and the soap dispensers are archaic. When you turn on the heater it sounds like a plane. This place could use an upgrade. The staff seemed friendly.
