This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced in Laughlin. Housekeeping did not clean my room daily, and some of my personal items went missing during my stay. If you choose to stay here, I recommend keeping your valuables locked in your vehicle, as the staff they hire are clearly unreliable. Towels and bedding were not clean upon arrival, and the overall housekeeping service was lazy, inconsistent, and untrustworthy. I did enjoy a few days here, but the negatives far outweigh the positives. To make matters worse, I have reached out to the hotel regarding these issues and have yet to receive a response or resolution.
