Northwood Estates is in a GREAT location. This house is only about 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls and less than 15 minutes to downtown Buffalo. This beautiful 2-bedroom house has been freshly painted and remolded including new hardwood floors, new bathroom and all new furniture including Granet counter tops. I also put in a gas grill in the yard that can be used for cooking as well. This listing also includes free coffee made in a Keurig machine and Pepsi and diet Pepsi in the fridge. This listing will also include a $10 Gift Card per day for free Breakfast or lunch. This Cafe is called Cafe on the avenue. Cafe is only about 3 miles away from the Northwood Estates.

Sweet little home away from home

Small cozy little house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The location to shopping, restaurants and all the highways was remarkable. Beautiful backyard, ample parking. I will definitely book again.

Great Stay

We chose this property because of its location. We were in town on personal business and it was very convenient to get around Tonawanda & the Buffalo area, in general. The home was clean & very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again in the future, if the need arises. Also, the property manager was available to us with any questions, and responded promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Cafe on the Avenue and the $10 coupon.

4 of us stayed here while visiting family. It was close to them and in a rly nice neighborhood. This host def is new to this and is clearly trying to get things started. Here is my honest review of the 7 days we stayed. Pros Big fridge Grill Nice yard Clean kitchen with silverware and plates and cups Coffee machine, microwave Quiet neighborhood Safety locks on all doors AC/heat Great location, close to everything TV with Roku access Cons Fridge water didn't work Keurig is lacking in choices of coffee No laundry access Lacking in blankets and furniture was not "new" Hot water is running on scalding No plunger or tissue paper

Wonderful

The property was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need. The gift card to the nearby cafe was such a nice touch and I’m sad we only made it over there once because the food is SO good!
