Located on a dead end street and walking distance to tons of restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Beautiful 1st floor laundry room. Desk area for corporate travelers. Family room with fireplace and sliding doors leading out to your deck. Large Dining room with large 6 person dining room table. 2.5 baths one with a huge rain shower in master and another full bath upstairs with a new bath tub. Queen guest bedroom and adorable kids bedroom with bunks and a twin bed are all located upstairs. Gorgeous kitchen with high ceilings and beautiful quartz countertops and Island with stools. Cook your heart out with every kitchen amenity possible. Coffee and Tea Bar are provided. And your fridge has ice maker and filtered water. This location & private home is Buffalo's Best for sure! ** PLEASE NOTE - if you are staying at the home during Buffalo NY’s 7 months of possible snow, hail and ice lol salt and shovel will be available on both porches. The walkways, steps and porches are the responsibility of the guest staying. Snow plow service will be provided for any snow accumulations over 3 inches in the driveway. THURSDAY am is garbage day for the property- no matter how much garbage you have accumulated- if your stay crossed over that pick up time, please make sure to place the garbage and recycle can at the curb. Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate UB Graduation for our son. This was a great home for us with plenty of space as well as fenced yard for our dog. Short ride to campus with some traffic depending on time of day. Plenty nearby for shopping and dining. Trains do run fairly regular, but not super loud. Upstairs was a bit hot, but they do provide fans to help. Kitchen could use a few more baking pans / glass dishes for cooking and heating. Overall positive experience.

Kelley was a wonderful host! She was so easy to get a hold of and was so generous to let us check in early as there was a storm in our area. My family enjoyed the fact that we had a home to go home to at the end of our days activities. The location in reference to the house was great, groceries, eateries, gas stations, shopping malls all within ten minutes of the home. The only problem we had with the location was the train tracks across the street from the home. So sleeping through the night was sometimes an issue. Thank goodness the trains didn't sound their horn before coming through the neighborhood, but at least one or more from 10:00 pm till 4:30 am. It must have been a main route because when we were at the house during the morning and evening they were also active then. The home is perfect for sound sleepers.

Very nice property, well-cared for and very clean. Location is great near restaurants and shopping. Not too far from Bills stadium either. Also convenient for Sabres games.
