Comfortable and cozy. Charming north Buffalo home. Close by Delaware Park for daily walks or runs. An excellent location for our visits from East Aurora to Niagara Falls.We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when we next return.

Great place to stay. Queen bed isn’t very comfortable, but everything else is great. Bar well stocked with all the necessary amenities which is nice.
