Clean, friendly, OK location, inexpensive

Overall I am very happy with my stay here because the price was perfect for our budget. We were traveling with five kids and five adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The room was clean, the location was decent, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean hotel with friendly staff

Well received by helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean although I noticed a tiny cockroach wandering on the floor at night. Bed was quite uncomfortable and the bed linen could have been bigger. I unfortunately found one of my motorcycle side cases dented, probably by the manobrist moving the cars around in the parking. Location is okay considering Bucaramanga is not really a touristy city.

We booked a deluxe room and were given a standard room which was tiny and we were charged the deluxe room rate. They need to address the beds, they are that hard it's like sleeping on the floor. Our room had a fan which was extremely noisy. Our booking said bottled water was provided but we didn't receive any. The hotel staff knew we were on Moto's and they knew the date we were leaving but it wasn't until we went to leave on our departure date that they told us that no vehicles could be driven in the city on that day.

Buena relación calidad-precio.

Está bien para alojarse, es sencillo y tiene lo necesario. El parqueadero es muy pequeño y aunque el hombre de la recepción es eficiente en ubicar los carros, puede ser bastante demorado cuando el parqueadero está lleno. Pero está bien por el precio.
