La logística muy mala. Llegué al hotel a regístrame y una de las dos habitaciones que había reservado la revendieron a otro cliente; es decir me querían dejar sin hospedaje a pesar que ya lo había pagado anticipadamente. Al final nos dieron una habitación pequeña con una sola cama y eran 3 los huéspedes El decir de ellos es q para que reservamos por hoteles.com ;

Reservamos este hotel con anterioridad y se pagó por medio de una aplicación y al momento de ingresar nos dieron que no habían habitaciones que la aplicación no les había informado. La señorita no nos solucionó y fue muy mala su atención, nos comunicamos con la aplicación y nos dieron que el hotel nos vendió las acotaciones. No recomiendo este hotel que solo se preocupa por el interés económico y nopor el servicio al cliente.
