"The stay had some positives, but there were serious cleanliness concerns that impacted our experience. When we arrived, we found a used diaper in the bathroom, which was very disturbing and made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Shortly after getting into bed, both my husband and I experienced itching and redness, likely an allergic reaction to the bedding. It was uncomfortable enough that we had to move and sleep on the sofa bed. We used hydrocortisone and Benadryl to manage the reaction. Thankfully, our kids did not have any issues with their beds, and since we were only staying one night, we didn’t report it to staff at the time. However, these issues made the stay far from comfortable. Aside from this, the property itself seemed fine, but cleanliness and proper room preparation need significant improvement."

"The hotel is run down, carpet is in bad condition. There was a cockroach ( at least one big one I saw) crawling on the hallway . Bathroom ceiling has water mark of leak from above rooms. It is nothing like the picture . It has no light at night to find the hotel. "
