We had an amazing experience at The Lenox Hotel. The New Year’s Eve celebration at the restaurant was wonderful — great atmosphere, food, and service. The location is amazing and very convenient, and the hotel has a warm, classic charm. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Granola dish was good. I asked for soft boiled eggs. They were overdone so they redid them. But were cold. I didn’t feel like complaining again and no one checked with me to see if okay. And no egg cups to use? And spoon too large? Oh well. Was just one time visit anyway.

Love this hotel…the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location, close to Newbury Street and Beacon Hill. Stayed there during the holidays and the hotel was beautifully decorated. Rooms were very clean and big for a hotel within Boston.
