The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. We liked the restaurant for breakfast. I didn't give five stars because one of my party needed a handicapped-accessible room, and the Hilton's was sub-par. The only grab bar for the john was behind it so that they had to twist around to access it. The tub also had a grab bar in the back and none along the side wall, so there was no way to safely get over the tub edge, which was tall. Despite many lamps the rooms tended to be dim because of the dark decor... cozy for me, but an issue for my relative who has mild sight problems. Overall we had a good stay but I wouldn't advise this for handicapped folks.

Perfectly positioned for us to be able to travel around Boston. We only ate once and that was for breakfast. The actual breakfast itself was good quality, very large in size and tasty. However borh my wife and myself felt it was expensive(15 dollars for an omelette) and you only had 1 coffee per person in the room. On arrival we did find the receptionist to be a little miserable and slightly dour. We would stay again....possibly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet had a bit of a problem and I had to flush 3 or 4 times each time I used it. I found the food in the restaurant very good until a fruit fly landed on my burger. That kind of took the goodness away. There were quite a few fruit flies hanging around the first booth.

My stay was just ok. I chose this hotel to attend a concert at Fenway Park, and it was incredibly convenient to walk to Fenway. I particularly appreciated that. However, I found it disappointing that they charged an additional fee for using the microwave. They sell frozen foods at an extra cost, and it’s unreasonable to charge for the microwave as well. That’s where I draw the line!

First of all the room was extremely dark. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. We were confirmed for an ADA compliant room with walk in shower, instead we had a tub that was very high and difficult for my spouse to enter. We were also confirmed for a river view room (see the lovely view we had in the attached photo). The bed was comfortable and the towels were fairly thick and absorbent. In short, very expensive and we were very disappointed. We will not stay at this property again.
