Clean hotel!!! Housekeeping available every day. Comfy beds and bathroom. Snacks and bottles of water free every day in the room. Super cute and yummy snacks in the lobby! Staff super friendly and courteous. Great restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Safe ambiance. We had a free bottle of champagne and chocolate delivered to our room for my daughter’s birthday. First-rate experience. Hotel is right downtown in the theater district. Venues and restaurants are all right there. The room was cozy and well provided. Excellent bed. Nice bathroom. Quiet room. Great value for the location. We wanted something right next to the theaters for a weekend getaway and this was perfect. Highly recommended. Great staff. We will return next time we stay in Boston.

On our last day at the hotel, we woke up early in order to catch the first flight out. Unfortunately, there was no hot water which was a horrible experience. St check out I discussed the inconvenience of not being able to shower and requested a discount to our room rate. At of today I have neither received communication from management nor an adjustment. Extremely disappointed.
