This was a 5 day conference business trip with my partner. Great bed. Good size work desk. Excellent, extremely easy to use internet. Very disorganized and sporadic housekeeping. Received requested extra blanket (gave $20 tip) and the next day, blanket is removed by housekeeping (also left $20 tip before I found out blanket was removed.) Unable to reach room service, always had to go downstairs to order. Phone in room is dated and has many buttons that don't work or are mislabeled. Luggage sent ahead no one could locate until 24 hours later. Limited evening restaurant food. Restaurant food selections more exotic than needed; a good chicken soup and a few simpler dishes would be nice for folks on long (5 days) business trips. Colin at front desk VERY helpful. Good fast elevators. Very nice conference facilities. Excellent individual temperature control in bedroom. Good drawer space and decent closet.
