Summary:
This is a fantastically located 2 bed 1 bath unit. It is located on the third floor and has a lot of natural light in the master bedroom.

This unit is probably best described as an economy unit because the kitchen and bathroom are very small and the unit overall has not been renovated in many years so it has the scuff marks that come with age. Please only book if you could give economy units 5 stars so long as you think it was fairly described here.

The Space:
Pros:
*Location is fantastic
-Near Kenmore T stop on the Green Line
-One parking space (very rare in Boston)
*Classic 19th century layout to give a classic Boston feel to your trip
*Lots of natural light in the bedrooms
*Affordable and can fit a large group

Cons:
*Kitchen and bathroom are both very very small. Study the pictures carefully.
*The unit can be a tight fit for a group of more than 4 or 5.
*Feels like an older unit. It will not give you the feeling you'd have walking into a Marriott constructed in 2015.
*Walk up, no elevator

Neither pro nor con, but disclosure:
*Heating is an old style building wide radiator so makes the normal spray/release sound if you've ever been in a pre-war Boston or New York City building before. And there is a single spot under the radiators that has a drip. All this is normal when the radiators are on in the winter.
*Radiators are on from the months of mid September to mid June. They are off the other times of year.

Quirk:
Heating system in the unit is very effective radiator heating as pictured in the corner of each bedroom. They are hot to the touch and as such we do not recommend young children stay in the apartment. Must regulate temperature by using the window AC units even in cooler months.

You'll be provided with detailed check-in instructions two days before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Apartment is close to BU, Fenway, and the Longwood Medical Center.

Getting Around:
There is one free parking spot available.

Other Things to Note:
This unit can only be rented to travelers here on business.

It has been several years since this unit has been renovated. So it has a bit of an older feel to it.

***Parking*** If using the parking space, you must let us know at the time of booking and it is one space for a regular sized consumer car. No work trucks or vans. Look up your model car, it should be no more than 74" wide and 185'' long in order to fit.
