The room was nice and clean. It was a great location and quiet considering we are in the center of Boston. Excellent for walking the city and the staff was helpful. I love that there was a Starbucks in the bottom of the hotel to make getting coffee in the morning easy. The room was small, but I think that’s typical of most city hotels. Overall, it was a great experience.

I am writing to formally complain about a very serious and unacceptable experience during my recent stay. We had not checked out, yet housekeeping entered our room without authorization, proceeded to clean the room, and removed and relocated our personal belongings. This is a clear violation of guest privacy and basic hotel protocol. In addition, there was a maintenance issue: one heater in the room was functioning, while the other was not, which further affected our comfort during the stay. What was even more disappointing was the response from the Duty Manager on duty. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a sincere apology, she repeatedly avoided accountability, made excuses, and behaved in a dismissive manner—essentially implying that since points were offered, we should simply accept the situation and leave. This attitude and level of service are completely inconsistent with Hilton’s brand standards and values. As a major global hotel brand, I expected professionalism, respect, and proper handling of guest concerns. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I request a formal review of this incident and a proper response from Hilton management regarding how this situation will be addressed and prevented in the future.

Custimer service is terrible. Hotel double-charged me for my stay, ~$1,300. For two weeks when I called, they just talk and than transfer to voicemail.

The hotel itself was nice and centrally located. The employees were personable, friendly and helpful. However, the room we were given wasn’t what we expected from a Hilton brand. The toilet water filled close to the seat; the roll-in shower puddled and didn’t drain because the floor wasn’t graded and the drain wasn’t draining well; the handicap shower seat was lined with mold. Although we didn’t need a special needs room, this is what we were given. I would have requested a room change, but we only stayed for 2 nights and had already unpacked and moving rooms would have been inconvenient.

It was a great hotel. Our room wasn’t ready until late in the evening. They were very accommodating. They refunded us one night and said that you would be notified and we would receive the refund through you.
