Newly renovated and close to everything! Conveniently located off Interstate 20, our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is just 1 mile from Uptown, the Convention Center, and Protective Life Stadium. UAB and Samford University are both under 5 miles away. Our space sleeps 8 and comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay. **Please be aware that access to your unit requires climbing no matter where you park. From the parking lot, guests have to use a smaller set of concrete stairs, and from the street, guests have to use a full flight of stairs.** Welcome to our 2 bedroom home that can comfortably sleep 8! As you enter, you will find yourself in the living room with dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living space. Down the you hall will find both bedrooms. The first features a king size bed and large SmartTV. In our other bedroom you will find two sets of bunk beds. Linens and towels provided! Some guests do not like our neighborhood, we think it is great. We recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if you think you won't like our neighborhood. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
