This spot was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to avondale and that area, close to cahaba brewing and restaurants, and a quick ride to most everything else. You park on the street, but there were plenty of spots.The actual rental had everything we needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay (near Avondale Brewing)

My three friends and I had a wonderful stay! We were there for a concert at Avondale Brewing. It was raining when we went to the concert, but we walked back after. It was close to the venue. We had great communication with Kathleen. The sofa was broken, and she contacted us before we even arrived and replaced the couch that night. We love concerts at Avondale, so we definitely will be back.
