The breakfast and coffee were just ok. Would like to have seen better coffee and creamer. Also more breakfast options like more yogurts and such. Cleanliness and service were absolutely wonderful! However the condition of the beds was absolutely horrible! If you rolled over during the night the sound of the beds will wake you up and the person n the other bed! After 4 nights I almost needed a wheelchair to get to my truck my back was hurting so bad! Other guests we talked to also commented on how bad the beds were.

Had to check in somewhere else because these hospitality employees can’t find a room where tv and heat work at same time. Third bad room was my exit. These folks should not be in hospitality business. Poorly trained, non self starters. Full of excuses. Some things u just execute, or ur a failure.

Came into town for a concert. Front desk was kind. Bathroom floor was sticky & dirty, beds squeaked, carpet nasty. Overall it’s just old and not very clean. Ended up driving 3 hours back home instead of staying overnight.
