The room was very nice, but the parking garage was a disaster. I guess I needed a secret decoder ring to get out of the place. I was given a ticket with a QR code, but no instructions on how to use it. I still don't know, as I never figured out the secret procedure to leave the garage. I had to call those idiots every morning, and with the poor sound of the voice transmitter, I couldn't understand the people on their end. Your receptionist should have given me clear instructions the day I checked in. They also should have told me where the breakfast room is. I didn't learn that until the morning I checked out - and that was from another guest. There was a sign in the lobby inviting us to dinner and drinks at 6:00, but that never happened. I WAS able to get a sandwich one night for dinner - and it was very good. All of these issues cast a pall over my stay at your otherwise lovely hotel.

The room was spotless and in good condition. Parking was expensive and the spaces were too small! No place to pull in for check in. Staff were super helpful. I only stayed overnight but lots within walking distance including good food.

Limited food service. Did not honor the stated times of the restaurant and no alternatives available. They said the restaurant was open till 10 pm but when I called to order something at 9 they had already closed, did not offer any other options. No nearby restaurants either open then.
