Room was clean and recently renovated (everything is brand new from the bathroom to the room furniture). Staff was not as perfect as expected. Breakfast supposed to be buffet, but all the Food Pans (Warmers) were empty, however the staff asked us for anything to prepare, maybe because the hotel was half empty. The location is perfect for shopping.

Promenade Zalka stay

We stayed twice for a total of 7 nights during our recent visit to Lebanon. Hotel is nice, centrally located, good service, rooms are very clean and comfortable, service is good, Breakfast restaurant is about average. The Hotel is centrally located but located in a crowded Zalka. Close to downtown Beirut and suburbs. Quick access to the mountains. Traffic in the area is terrible and brutal on autostrade. I will give overall 4 star for the location.

Great hotel, very central area.

This is my second time staying here, I love this hotel even more now as they are renovating the rooms! I did have a slight issue with a staff member which I won't discuss on social platform that has disheartened me from staying there again though. It would have been nice if the hotel offered some kind of compensation, but they didn't, (and I don't think it should have been up to me to ask) so I am pretty disapointed about that. Some of the staff should also be taught to smile more as they have blunt serious looks on their face and this isn't best practice in hospitality and I did feel uncomfortable at times. Besides that, the hotel is lovely.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé grâce au personnel à la fois très accueillant et serviable (très à l'écoute) . La propreté était à son rendez-vous. Nous tenons à remercier le responsable de la restauration qui a fait un excellent travail. Si l'occasion se représente, ce sera à cet hôtel que nous retournerons sans aucun doute, l'emplacement est très bien ; à 10 minutes à pied du Mall et proche de toute commodité. Cet hôtel est très recommandable.
