"Our stay at El Sheikh Suites Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. A very special thank you to Petra at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our arrival effortless. She graciously checked us into our room at 10:30 AM, even though the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Petra was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience. I also want to recognize the entire team. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home throughout our stay. A sincere thank you as well to the hotel manager. Building a team like this doesn’t happen by accident—it reflects great leadership and a commitment to outstanding hospitality. You have assembled an incredible group of people who truly care about their guests, and it shows in every interaction. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. "The receptionists and the valets are very helpful. Charbel at the front desk is an outstanding customer service and front desk operator. The staff all over were very friendly and nice. Air conditioning was good for me; I like low temperature 18C is good enough for me. The room was cleaned every time I hanged the sign "Make room please" As far as business friendly probably a desk set up in the room will be helpful to use computers while sitting. I reserved the most economical rate since I was not planning to use the room daytime, it was for sleeping and showering before bed and upon rising. Next trip I will plan some vacation days and enjoy the property and the surroundings with a view to the bay of Jounieh and its amazing sunset."
