Out appearance

The hotel outer appearance needs to be improved. Its strange because the room I stayed in was very decent. If it wasnt for my cousin staying there I wouldnt have ever stayed there. There was also a cat living under the stairs. He had his own food and water bowl. That was not pleasant. I also tried to make reservations through the phone number listed on the company's website and it routes you to a third party company who charges double the rate online, claiming its taxes. There was also people talking loud throughout the hallway. Wasnt very quiet. The hotel lobby front entrance had a hole in the ceiling. The bathroom and room was cleaned. I did find a red spot on my bed sheet that may have been blood. I didnt sleep under that particular sheet.

The first thing you see is a run - down empty restaurant right next to the motel office. It was very concerning that the motel might be just as bad. The entrance to our hallway and the parking lot could use a good cleaning. Our bed was clean and comfortable, but the motel is very outdated. We would not stay there again.

Attn: Expedia, I respectfully request a full refund my family an I had to stay somewhere else. That Red Roof Inn, should be Condemned. I tried contacting Expedia but couldn’t find a phone number to contact the customer service department. Please email me Expedia Corporate number. That Red Roof Inn is infested with bugs, is filled with Black Mold, it has a bad smell and is unlivable. The picture on the site is nothing like what that property really looks like. The first three pictures is what’s on the EXPEDIA website. The last three pictures is what the site truly looks like!

This hotel is located right bed to a condemned/closed restaurant where homeless people hangout. When walking in the hallway to the rooms the smell of marijuana was overpowering. It’s a very sketchy location as well. The front office staff was nice enough to ok a refund even though the reservation was non-refundable.

Stay across the street if you have to stay in the area. This hotel was not only dirty and unsafe but sooooo old and bugs. I was so disgusted.
