Nightmare!!! We booked 3 nights. The 2nd night I was attacked by bedbugs. I spoke with the mgr & the maid about it. They checked the room & didn’t find anything. They made no effort to move my room or change the situation other than to change the mattress pad. I waited for a call from them all day while I was at the LSU game & never received any contact. When I got back to the hotel at 11:30 PM, the new front desk person had no idea what was going on. The final night I received more bites & basically just slept on the bare bed with the bottom sheet on it. There was no way to change hotels as the entire city was booked. In the morning I went back to the front desk. She said again that no bugs were found in the room. I went back to the room & videoed the bedbugs that I found in the bed. I also took photos of the mattress pad, which was full of holes from bedbugs. The owner contacted me guaranteed a refund. I never received the refund. Called 4 times! I had to go to doctor bites so bad. We left the property with all of our things in bags. What’s the worst is that I have since checked the reviews of this hotel from others and this has happened MULTIPLE times. Refund promised, nothing given. Bed bugs. Denial. I have pics and videos of all of it.

Air conditioning is not working properly and the room smelled and the TV was very old and the showerhead in the bathroom was so clogged. The water wouldn’t come out properly.

area around the hotel seem sketchy and after booking in we were a little nervous about our choice being one of only about 4 vehicles on the property. i did my initial bed bug check which results were none found. needed extra pillows but none were available and the comforters were paper thin. building and room looked in good condition. the only thing i can say negative was the part about the pillows and comforters.

I have never stayed any where so unpleasant. The rooms ( we had 2 ) were nasty, found things on the floor. Toilet was not clean, rods falling down, nasty behind door, towels threadbare, it was horrible

The location was so convenient. You have a gas station next door and a waffle house! Like bruh, that's what I'm talking about. Then I go in, we have a couch, a table, a mini desk with chair, mini fridge, microwave, and a TV and full body mirror. Sorry no photos guys, my trip was so tight on time the hotel was last minute but I appreciated the stay and the price. Yes the walls are thin, so if someone talking outside you gone hear it. But all you have to do is step outside and look at em crazy and they'll be quiet. And yes you will hear them loud cars passing cause your basically right off the freeway. Other than that I'm very grateful for my stay and safety.

THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE CALLED “LSU” Yes it says that it’s 3.9 km’s away too….except it’s across the river and it takes 45 mins to get there and good luck getting an Uber back. I paid someone $100 usd for a back because no Uber driver would cross the bridge. Also everything in the hotel room was damp and smelled. I’ll never be staying here ever again lol.

Upon my arrival I was given a room with nothing in it. The tv didn’t work it smelled like they were covering up a murder there was so much bleach. No iron no cups no hair dryer no iron. They moved my room and had all of the above but the sheets had blood stains and I had to kill roaches. At this point I had already spent my money on a no refund hotel but I leaned my lesson. Cheap price , cheap hotel.
