The hallways, and room was filthy. Goop on the counters trash and stains on the floor, dirty bathroom and when we saw stains on the sheets we asked for another room and they said they were booked so we left and asked for a refund. I expect a lot more from a Hilton Hotel.

Warning!!! The outside of this Hilton did not meet normal Hilton standards. When you pull up to the venue you will see rust on the building, Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived before check in and asked if they had an early check in the lady at the front said the rooms will be ready at 4:00 which is check in, no problem. We waited in the car and saw several people go in around 3:15 I went back in to see if they were letting them check in and sure enough, they were letting people walk in after and checked them in after several people had been waiting for a long time. They could have asked for our phone number and called us once a room was ready. I along with several other people were very upset they took walk-ins before the people that had been waiting. When someone said something about what happed 2 ladies checking us in had a nasty attitude. No luggage cart was available, and the elevator was run down and the hallways smelled like marijuana. Now for the room it was clean, but the beds are like sleeping on rocks. I would never stay here again.

I only had an issue when I returned to my room they weren’t any towels to bathe with, and when I called I didn’t get what was asked for, after 3 disturbing calls , I finally was satisfied, I was told they weren’t any bath mats available because they were full to capacity!
