Two-story townhome. Two (2) bedrooms with queen beds and two (2) full bathrooms all located on the second floor.
Half bathroom located on the ground floor.
Sleeper sofa able to accommodate 5th guest at extra cost.
Guest Access:
Secure building and property access. Codes provided the morning of arrival.
Other Things to Note:
**IMPORTANT - To comply with corporate policy, guests reserving this property must complete additional risk / fraud screening through Truvi. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will be contacted directly by Truvi to verify yourself. 4. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property.
5. Guests will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained bedding/linens.
**We are not responsible for unplanned maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances.**
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.
