If you had a pet, make sure you cleaned up an lil GIFTS left in the backyard. There is a $50 extra fee if our cleaners have to do it. Thank you for taking care of this!

Visitors must be registered guests . We would LOVE to host your stay but we do NOT host parties, get togethers, gatherings, events, visitors, etc.
We have parking for 3 vehicles. 2 in the covered carport, and 1 in the designated gravel parking area in front of the house.
Pets are allowed inside the home, not on furniture and beds. They MUST be crated when the house is vacant of people. Pick up animal droppings in yard.

Second time staying at this property and it is really the best property in Baton Rouge. I travel frequently to the city and have stayed in many short term rentals and this is by far the best thought out, cleanest, best maintained property of all.
