Staff checked in another guest under my reservation. When I checked in they gave me a key to that person’s room and I ended up walking in on her- luckily she was dressed! Manager ended up putting us in a suite without additional charge and was also give a $20 coupon for restaurants in the hotel. Very nice room, nice staff, and convenient location.

The valet whose name is Verdell, was courteous and very helpful . He was my first contact with Ballys and he set the tone for my visit. Rhonda at the reception desk was welcoming .
