It was nice, smelled really good inside, clean room and big space. The workers were attentive and always explain things very well. Only two issues I have was no dog park or dog area that poop bags but then again I should also be prepared and secondly the breakfast wasn’t good besides the juice and muffins. But overall good experience gonna go with them again next time I visit

The place was clean from the start. From the entry to the elevator to the room whatever they use for room freshener smelled amazing. You can tell they clean well. Our room was perfect and the staff were very nice. Check in to checkout was super easy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Facility smelled of cigarette smoke. So strong someone thought i was smoking. Our reservatio was for a king non smoking room. When arrived clerk told me they didnt have a king available. This reservation was made months in advance. Breakfast was scarce. No coffee pots in the room. Would not book a room here again.

Moist bed.

We were booked for 2 nights and left after one. The room appeared clean but hot when we walked in. Turned the ac on and went to bed.. woke up a dozen times feeling g like the bed and pillows were wet. It had a mildew smell too. Obviously they keep the air off when the room is empty and in south Louisiana humidity it ruined the bed. It felt wet all night. We dud not ask for another room if the no ac in empty rooms is their problem - every bed could be mildewed.

It was quiet and staff respected your privacy. There was one alternate entrance to the building besides the front. It was easy to get in and out. The air freshener they sprayed in the hallway smelled like calone.
