Great place for a study on sleep deprivation. Noisiest place I have ever stayed by several magnitudes. Other tenants slamming doors and toilet seats all night long. People are up talking at full volume until 3 am and they will threaten you with violence if you ask them to quiet down. There is no onsite management to talk to and they do not respond to messages about it. Pick someplace else if you want to sleep at night. Also do take note of the long list of things you have to pay extra for, such as air conditioning. Travelocity should remove this place from their rolls, it’s a flop house. You’ll hate it your first night.

We had to pay 10 dollars extra for air conditioning. We had tiny shared bathroom with bunk beds. That sounded like not much of a weight limit. Person we worked with for check in was lovely and helpful. It may have said all these things and I just didn't read well enough. It was okay

Amazing value for the price. 1 block away from Metro station, so it is easy and quick to get anywhere in Barcelona. Good restaurants and market options nearby. Room very clean and comfortable.

J'avais une chambre solo, dans un appartement partagé avec au moins 8 personnes. Ma chambre était très bien, conforme à la description. Elle se fermait grâce à un code sécurisé. Le seul point négatif est que les gens qui étaient avec moi dans l'appartement laissaient la salle de bain et les toilettes sales. Ce n'est pas de la faute de la propriétaire. L'avantage était qu'une femme de ménage venait régulièrement nettoyer les parties communes! Je suis contente de l'appartement. La communication avec la propriétaire et son assistante était très bonne. Je recommande.

We had a great stay in our room with a balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were totally sufficient, even though all rooms were occupied. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms were cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. One downside was the air quality in the apartment - without air conditioning it can get quite stuffy. There is an AC unit available, but it costs €10 per day, which is mentioned in the listing. Also, the walls between the rooms are quite thin, so you can hear almost everything going on in the other rooms. Overall, a good place to stay if you're aware of those things and plan accor-dingly.
