The room was very nice. The bed and shower were great. There was a nice terrace which we couldn’t really enjoy because of the rain. The staff were very helpful. The surrounding area was not the best but transportation was very close. There was also a wonderful bakery just at the end of the street.

Clean room / Staff was awesome even offered to hold our bags for the day until check in / great location right next door to a grocery store which was perfect for us / walking distance to all the great sights / great bakeries and coffee shops only a few blocks away / they even upgraded our our room to a suite!!! The only issue i had was the emergency exit light in the room is so bright. It was hard to sleep. If they made that a motion sensor base or activate in an actual emergency would be great just not sure what the regulations are for that. Bring and eye mask to cover and you’ll be golden. That’s the only issue. Everything else was excellent quality stay. When we return we will definitely stay there again!!

This hotel room itself was clean, tidy and basic. The bed is comfy, but the pillows are like rocks (if you like a super firm pillow, then it's perfect) It also a good distance from the attractions, so you'll get plenty of steps in.

Very nice grocery store just next door. The room was beautiful. We were initially scared because we reserved when the pictures were still just 3D renderings. Have to admit that post renovations the rooms look exactly like the renderings ! The mattress was especially comfortable. It made us realize that our own needed changing ! The property is very new, so they were still working out some kinks (i.e. no air conditioning in the first room we were assigned). However, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and always had good recommendations for transportation, restaurants, etc.
